Information We Collect
We collect: (a) Account information (email, name) when you register; (b) Usage data (pages visited, tools used, scan counts) to improve the Platform; (c) API keys you voluntarily provide (e.g. Finnhub key) — stored encrypted in our database; (d) Trading journal entries and watchlist data you enter.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve Platform features; authenticate your account; enforce usage limits (e.g. 5 free scans/day); send important account and product updates (not marketing spam); provide customer support.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security). API keys are stored with encryption at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication); Finnhub (market data — your API key is sent directly to Finnhub from your browser, not through our servers); Anthropic Claude API (AI features — your prompts are processed by Anthropic per their privacy policy).
Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser localStorage to store your session, preferences, and tool data (e.g. trade journal entries). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; request deletion of your account and data; export your trading journal and watchlist data (CSV export available in each tool); update your information via the Account page.
Data Retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for product improvement.
Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
