Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Arowana Profits ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Educational Use Only
The Platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only. You acknowledge that no content or tool on the Platform constitutes financial advice, and you use all outputs at your own risk.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform; (c) use AI features to generate content that is misleading, harmful, or fraudulent; (d) resell or redistribute Platform content without permission.
Intellectual Property
All content, tools, designs, and code on the Platform are the property of Arowana Profits. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Free and Pro Plans
Free plan features are provided as-is with no uptime guarantees. Pro plan subscribers are entitled to the features listed at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arowana Profits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any investment decisions made based on Platform content.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Account page.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify Pro subscribers of material changes by email.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
