30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Pro within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
Cancel Anytime
Cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Immediate Downgrade
When you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan at your next billing date. Your data is never deleted.

- Valid for new Pro subscribers only (first-time upgrade)
- Must be requested within 30 days of your first Pro charge
- Full refund of the most recent charge — no partial refunds for partial months
- After the 30-day window, we do not issue refunds for unused time on monthly plans
- Annual plans: full refund within 30 days; 50% refund within 90 days; no refund after 90 days
How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the Contact page with subject "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account. We process refunds within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions may have different refund terms — check the offer details
- If your country has statutory refund rights that exceed this policy, those rights apply
